Las Sin Sombrero

Without them the story isn’t complete

The Generation of the 27th is one of the most important artistic and intellectual movements in the cultural history of Spain.

The male members are widely known.

But, why in its extensive number does not appear any female?

Did the women could not be artists in that years?

Anything further from reality…

(The text is from the page of the project Las sin Sombrero)

Here you can view the documentary.

Les 6 taronges del bon suc

The 6 oranges of the good juice

Suc1

Illustrations for a children’s book in collaboration with a friend. The text is for 4 years old and the book has to have a big size to be read in class with 20 or 25 kids. The story talks about a princess who is ill and by a recommendation of a wise old man she goes to search the 6 oranges of the good juice. During the search of the oranges she meets some characters and speaks with them. Finally she finds the oranges in a dragon cave and by drinking the juice she becomes healthier. With the story the children can learn some concepts like opposites, colors, and also learn about oranges that are so important in the culture of Valencia.

I also made a little version of the book more transportable.

2014

10 illustrations with mixed media.

Art Supplies

[j_linea]

This are the images I made for the cover, the back cover and the guards of my portfolio.

All art materials have a very important peculiarity, when they are older they become more attractive. The appearance that the objects acquire is marvelous and rescues old memories. The using changes appearance of the instruments and makes them more previous elements with history.

Tipografia Il·lustrada 2015

[j_linea]

26 Days of Type is a project that invites designers, illustrators and graphic artists to give their particular view on the signs from our alphabet.

26 days of restless creativity, in which participants are challenged to design a letter for each day, resulting in an overall view of the ability to represent the same sign from many different perspectives.

A project that aims to create a space for creation around typography and its endless graphic possibilities.

I decided to create a typography with a lot of space to draw something inside. The illustration inside the letter is something that starts with the letter drawn in Catalan.
